Back To Reality A touch on my arm snaps me out of my daydreams,Back To Reality by ~Pokeaholic
Her face flits away once more,
I am back in reality, dull in comparison to her beauty.
For a short while I held an angel,
The world was mine for an instant,
But reality came and took her away.
I've had a taste of heaven
In her golden touch,
It's been torn away and left me wanting more.
Her face fills my thoughts
And brightens my dreams,
I love her like I've never loved before.
I long to run my fingers through her silken hair again,
Feel her warmth as she sat close to me,
I imagine her kisses, if I were to receive one,
But my dreams fade away with the sunrise.
She crept away

Controlled
In your iron grasp
You would never betray me
I trusted your word
Took in all your lies
And turned a blind eye
To the way you used me
You never cared
Though you often swore you did
I was nothing but a pawn
A stepping stone
On your path to greatness
So blind not to see
Your dishonest ways
Packaged up
With your throw-away friends
Fed by your propaganda
Machine. So mechanical
No emotion here
I bled for your sake
But my blood
Was less precious
Than the s*** you stand for
And it was less heeded
Than the ground you stand on
Perhaps this swollen ego
This standing on
Other people's hopes
Has bl
One chance If you had one chance to tell someone you loved themOne chance by ~Pokeaholic
Would you take it?
Would you tell the world what you felt in your heart?
Or leave it lcoked away?
If there was one oppurtunity to say those 3 little words
Would you tell them?
Would you let them walk out of your life without them knowing?
The hardest words to say are the ones we need to say most,
So scared of rejection, so scared of heartbreak,
We never say the things we mean until its too late,
If you love someone, tell them everyday,
For who knows what tomorrow will hold?
